Greetings!

Grace be unto you, and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ! On behalf of the Board of Directors and the members of the National Alumni Association, welcome to you all!

The mission of the Alumni Association is to support the goals and objectives of the Union Baptist College and Theological Seminary, Inc. through recruitment, financial support, public relations, community outreach, dedication, and commitment to high standards. We seek to unite graduates and former students of Union, foster a spirit of cooperation and fellowship between the Seminary and its graduates and promote the welfare of the Seminary. We seek to encourage and stimulate wholesome school spirit and support for the Seminary by former students and the public.

The Alumni reorganized in 2017 and since that time we have maintained a robust schedule of activities and energized interest in our school. Included among these accomplishments are approval of new Bylaws for the governance of our Association, establishment of Life, Regular, Associate and Honorary membership programs; securing of vendors to enhance the value of Alumni memberships, publication of the “Vision” Newsletter and hosting of an “Annual Awards Banquet and Silent Auction”. We have also set up an Alumni office with staff to make our work efficient and productive. We are grateful to have made substantial financial contributions to the Seminary during each year of our existence as a result of public support. In response to pandemic concerns, the Association will host a telethon on Zoom on March 25, 2021 in support of our continuing effort on behalf of Union. Zoom information is found in this website. Please join us in support of this endeavor!

I invite all who have attended Union and all persons of good will who desire to assist in the furtherance of the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to become a member of the Alumni. We need you to help us as we do the will of the Father. Information concerning membership is available on this website. Feel free to call me should you have any questions. Membership information

A Message From The Board of Directors

Greetings from the Board of Directors of the National Alumni Association of the Union Baptist College

and Theological Seminary!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Alumni. Members will have access to a network of alumni through our alumni registry and database. More importantly, membership provides a pipeline to younger alumni for development of the next generation of competent, informed and productive Unionites and serves as a conduit for charitable giving with direct ties to prospective and current Union students and alumni. We are currently working on additional benefit packages, such as discounts at retail outlets which a member will receive at no additional costs as a result of his/her membership. When these are in place you will be notified. In addition to individual memberships, our desire is to have many local Alumni Chapters throughout the United States working for the support of our school. If you wish to establish a local chapter, the National office will assist by furnishing you with drafts of bylaws and charters that you may use. However, before a Chapter may be started, each of the organizing members of the proposed Chapter must first become a member of the National Alumni Association. Your membership will support a great seminary as our school continues to spread the Gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
